This qualification is designed to help learners to gain information and knowledge to work in primary, secondary or special schools. This qualification prepares learners for employment in diverse range of job roles and occupational areas and become full and part time support staff including: administrative roles, site support roles, technical roles and volunteers.

You should be at least 16 years old and after applying you will have an interview to determine which course is suitable for your needs and abilities.

Using a range of methods your tutor or assessor using a variety of methods e.g. direct observation in the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, work products, written assignments or a task set by CACHE. etc.
