This qualification is designed to help learners build the skills and gain knowledge to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young people’s services.
It has six pathways - three for adults and three for children and young people: Management: suitable for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers Residential Services: suitable for day or domiciliary services staff wishing to progress their career.
Advanced Practice: senior practitioners who wish to develop their career in the management framework
You should be at least 19 years old, working in the role of Deputy or Manager or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles and hold a Level 3 qualiﬁcation.

To achieve this qualification, you must achieve minimum of 90 credits.
